The Ford XB Falcon is a car which was produced by Ford Australia between 1973 and 1976 and was built exclusively in Australia. It bore minor cosmetic differences to the preceding model, the XA, aimed at giving the car a more muscular stance.

  GM stood pat on its Chevrolet series offerings in 1960. In 1961, the two-door body style was dropped, but the nine-passenger model returned. GM discontinued the Chevrolet Brookwood name for 1962, instead naming their station wagons after their series names: Biscayne, Bel Air and Impala.

The FJ was the first major change to the Holden since its 1948 introduction. Over time it gained iconic status and remains one of Australia's most recognisable automotive symbols. Production of both the utility and sedan continued with minor changes until 1953.

Mat Salvador

The XM series Falcon range was introduced on 20 February 1964 replacing the XL series Falcon. The XM featured around 1,500 modifications over the XL, including numerous changes to the suspension which now featured stronger ball joints, new front upper wishbones, coil-over shock units and relocated rear spring-hangers.
